The Year of The Woman 2024 Bonnie Jones

Updated: Jan 9

Bonnie has a word for Woman in 2024

2024 is the “Year of Open Doors of Opportunity.” There are “Doors of Revelation,” “Doors to the Throne Room,” “Doors of Prosperity,” and “Doors of Chance and Opportunity.” And a door for women to cross the threshold into their divine purpose in the body of Christ because this is the “Year of the Woman!”

The term “Shepherd’s Rod” derives its meaning from Ezekiel 20:37 stating:

And I shall make you pass under the rod and I shall bring you into the bond of the covenant. (Ezekiel 20:37)

For those unfamiliar with the Shepherd’s Rod, it is a word from God received around the time of Rosh Hashanah through Yom Kippur which is then released to the Body of Christ some time before the New Year annually. The Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) is signified in Scripture as one of the most important dates of the Biblical year since the time of Moses. This sacred day continues as a most significant Holy Day even in the present Church age.

For decades Bob Jones received valuable revelations on this day outlining activities of the Holy Spirit for the seasons ahead. These insights have historically proven to be accurate strategic blueprints with spiritual emphasis and preparation. Bonnie Jones and Lyn Kost joined Bob years later and now continue the Shepherd’s Rod since his departure.

In application, these words have been used to prepare the body for upcoming blessings from God and potential threats of the enemy. They have also served as a measuring standard for the body to reflect on and grow from. As with the word of God, each individual Shepherd’s Rod continues to unfold and bring new meaning with each new year and so never expires as we wait on the Lord. Each new Shepherd’s Rod adds to the whole bringing out new dimensions of the heart of God.

Ezekiel 20:37 symbolically portrays a shepherd extending his rod as his sheep pass under the staff for evaluation. In like manner, we as the Lord’s sheep, pass under His staff during this season for the same purpose. Jeremiah 33:13 and Leviticus 27:32 provide more clarity in this Biblical principle.

In the cities of the mountains, in the cities of the lowland, in the cities of the South, in the land of Benjamin, in the places around Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, the flocks shall again pass under the hands of him who counts them,’ says the Lord. (Jeremiah 33:13)

And concerning the tithe of the herd or the flock, of whatever passes under the rod, the tenth one shall be holy to the Lord. (Leviticus 27:32)
