There is a lot of talk about a “Red Wave” today November 8, 2022, but a last it seems that the “Red Wave” did not materialize. (There were midterm elections in America on November 8th, 2022). Some people said that there would be a “red wave” and that certain candidates would win their election. Seems like not all of them won. So, someone’s predictions were not correct. Well, I have a promise for you! Here is a prediction that you can take to the bank. This prediction will certainly come to pass just as sure as the sun will come up tomorrow.
There is a “Red Wave” coming that I guarantee will hit the entire earth, not just America. But it will certainly engulf America too. This will be the “Real Red Wave” and it started to roll in over 2022 years ago.
The “Real Red Wave” was birthed in the nation of Israel at a place called Golgotha. It was sent from the heavenly places to minister the Love of God (the very first wokel) to the entire earth. This may be hard for some of you to believe but it is the Blood of Jesus Christ on Nazareth that is the “Real Red Wave”. The blood of Jesus (the real red wave) did amazing things for you. Here is a list of just of twenty of them. Allow me to say that the Blood of Jesus can and will do hundreds of amazing things for mankind and this is not an all-inclusive list by any means.
Justified, Forgiven, and Set Free
Through the blood of Jesus Christ, you can be justified, forgiven of sin, and released from bondage. We have been justified by the Blood of Jesus as we see in Romans 5. Romans 5:9 “Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. When Jesus shed His blood, he released a supernatural forgiveness for our sins and gave us the ability to be “born from above” or reborn in the spirit. We call that saved in the church today.
We see a Kingdom picture of God’s salvation in Hebrews 9:28. “So Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation. Jesus sets us free to live a life in God and apart from the darkness of the world and sin and death. Look at John 8: 36 “Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed”. You can see this again in Romans 8:2; For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death (the Law of Moses).
The precious blood of Jesus gives you freedom and liberty. Look at Galatians 5:1. “Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage”. When you receive God. You can receive freedom or liberty. Having written that allow me to say that there are some folks who receive Jesus as savior, (what the church calls “being ‘born again’), who never experience God’s liberty and freedom. Why, because the live their lives in the flesh and never grow in character of Christ. They never mature and grow into or understand the principles of the Kingdom of God. Selah.
The Blood Of Jesus Pays Our Debt To Sin In Full
I like to practice “reverse evangelism”. Once, I was in a Christian bookstore and one of the employees came to me and asked me if they could “help me”. I was looking at bibles. The employee was a young man about seventeen and he was obviously really excited about the Lord and wanted to share his ‘faith’ with me. It was a perfect set up for practicing “reverse evangelism”. Smile.
The young man began to help me and asked if I had any questions about the bookstore’s selection of bibles. “, I said “well, yes! Which one is the right Bible? There is a Lutheran Bible, and a Catholic Bible, here. There is a Mormon Bible and Seven Day Adventist Bible and I also see a loud bible. What is an “Amplified Bible”. You guys ever have a Rap bible. Can you tell me what is the right version of the bible?”
Well, then he asked me if I was “saved”? So I told him I was not in any danger. But he said “Oh yeah you are! You are going to hell! You’re a sinner.” I said, “excuse me”? He said that if I was not covered by the blood of Jesus and saved, I was going to hell. Well, I got a little upset with him, (not really as he was right in what he was telling me, but maybe he could have rephrased it a little).So I told him that he had “a lot of nerve” calling me a sinner and telling me to go to hell! Looking back, I guess he really did not say that exactly, but I was working on my “reverse evangelism” you know.
So, we went around the cow shed like this for about 30 minutes (talked about the Lord and he tried to get me “saved”). In the end I allowed him to “lead me to Jesus”, pray the sinners prayer, and sell me a loud bible. The truth is that we do need Jesus and His salvation, and we do need to be covered by His blood. (It is all free). “So Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.” (Hebrews 9:28)
You should try to practice “reverse evangelism” sometime. I think there is something about it I the scripture. Though I would encourage you to be a little nicer than I was that day.
Justified Through The Blood of the Lamb
The blood of Jesus supernaturally justifies us with God in heaven. It is very plainly spelled out in Romans 5:9; “Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.” Wrath is a real thing, and we need to be protected in this life. The Blood of Jesus can give you a supernatural grace and protection from the evil that is loose in the world.
Here is another wonderful example of this promise of justification in Romans 3:24-25 “being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed…”
Forgiveness Is In The Blood
Once we are forgiven, we feel as if a great weight is lifted from us. Perhaps it is the “yoke of darkness” that we feel lifting from us and the freedom of Heaven landing upon us? It is true that the weight of sin goes away from us along with the judgement that is the result of our sins. Only the Blood of Jesus can release true “salvation” in our lives. We can be “born from above as Jesus said in the Gospels. John 3;7 “Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The actual language that the Lord uses here is to be born “from above”, or from the spiritual dimension (i.e., heaven).
We see this aspect of the Blood of the Lamb in Ephesians 1;7. “In Him [Jesus] we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace” (Ephesians 1:7).
The Blood Spares Us From God’s Judgement and Wrath
The blood of Jesus ensures that we are not subject to God’s wrath. This in not something that folks who do not know the Lord or His word want to hear. (Kind of like me in the bible bookstore)! But if we continue to live a lifestyle of sin there are consequences to pay. Romans 5:9 gives you a really cool promise; “Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. “
Unfortunately, a lot of folks go to church but still live a lifestyle of sin. They will have the consequences of Gods wrath to deal with on this side of eternity and on the other side too. On the other side of eternity, the consequence of sin is called Hell. Yes, hell is real. But the Blood of Jesus can save you from that nasty place!
There Is Healing In The Blood
God still heals physical bodies today. Why? Because He is the healer! I know that God heals no matter what I hear from a pulpit or see in the news. No matter what I experience in my body I know that My redeemer lives and that He is truly the healer as outlined in I Peter 2:24. “…who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sin, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed.”
The blood of Jesus healed your spirit too. It is called total or sozo salvation. Look at John 6:23; “Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you.” (John 6:53). John 3:17 tell us about sozo salvation too; For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
The Greek word translated in John 3:17 as saved is sozo. Sozo can be literally translated as; to save, to deliver or protect (literally or figuratively). Sozo can mean to heal, preserve one, to save one or ones(self), to do well, or to be (made) whole. That is Strong’s Greek Concordance reverence #4982.
The Blood Of Jesus Gives You Peace With God
The Prophet Isaiah spoke or prophesied about this aspect and power of the blood of Jesus Christ in Isaiah 53:5. This is an amazing promise “But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.”
Through the wounds of Jesus and the stripes that He took we have Shalom (shalowm) or the “the God kind of peace”. After all, Jesus is the prince of Peace! Take it and make it your own! Live in Isaiah 26:3; You (God) will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.
Put your trust in God and in His peace today. It is a free gift! The Blood of Jesus cleanses you and restores you to right relationship with God! It does not matter how far the enemy tells you that you have fallen from the Lord. Just look at 1John 1:9; If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Through the Blood of Christ, we are cleansed from ALL unrighteousness and worldly behaviors. We see this again in 1 John 1:7; “But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.” That is another amazing promise about the supernatural power of the Blood of Jesus
We Can Be Transformed Into Overcomers and Cleansed By The Blood
We do not just have to limp on into eternity. No, we can live as victorious overcomers on this side of eternity because of the Blood of Jesus! Whom the Son (Jesus) sets free and free indeed! I find it totally amazing that we are cleansed by the Blood (no matter what we have done). P.E.R. I.O.D – Here is another benefit of appropriating the Blood of Jesus.
Jesus will stand before the judgement seat with us when we are covered in the Blood of the Lamb! The Lord will act as our advocate and confess us before His Father in Heaven. I thank God for that!
The Lord has also called you to be a king and a priest! Just look at this amazing promise in Revelation 1:5 “…and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood and has made us kingsand priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.”
Look at what the blood does in Revelation 12:11! “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony, and they loved not their lives unto the death.” We can overcome by the Blood. It does not matter what your circumstances are! Decree God’s powerful word and learn to overcome by the Blood of the Lamb and by the word of your testimony and by word decrees!
Access The Holy Place By the Blood of Jesus
Heaven is real. You can enter into the Holy of Holies today, in this life because of the finished work of Jesus Christ on the Cross of Calvary. The Blood of the Lamb is your ticket into the Holy of Holies even today. Just look at what the author of Hebrews promises you in Hebrews 10:19-22; “Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, and having a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.”
Set Free By the Blood – No longer cursed
The Blood of Jesus sets you free from all curses and spiritual death! Just look at this amazing promise in Galatians 3:13. “Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”).”
Don’t allow yourself to be placed under a curse of any kind. Most Christians do not realize that they may be under generational curses of sickness and poverty. Learn to apply the Blood of Jesus to your life and break generational curses from your blood lines. Do it today and overcome in your circumstances! The Blood of Jesus Christ releases Gods unmerited grace in your life! The Blood can reverse curses and generational issues in your life. Just believe it and receive it! Plead and apply the Blood of Jesus over your life now!
After all the Blood of Jesus redeems us to the Lord and puts us in right relationship with Him. Look at this crazy amazing promise in Ephesians 1:7; “In Him (Christ Jesus) we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.”
We Come Close to God by The Blood
We can draw closer to God at any given moment. This is a grace gift made possible by the Blood of Jesus. James 4:8 gives us a promise like this; Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. There is a way that the Blood of Jesus will also bring you into a closeness and relationship with God. Just look at Ephesians 2:12-13; “…that at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.” That is amazing!
You Can Have God’s Unmerited Favor and Grace In Your Life Through the Blood
Scripture outlines that we can have salvation through the Blood of Jesus in Ephesians 1:7; “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.” (Ephesians 1:7).
The Blood of Jesus also makes you righteous and acceptable in the presence and sight of God almighty! That is amazing. I know that at times I feel unworthy, but the Blood makes a way where there should be none. But that is the grace and mercy of God in Heaven. We see this promise and this power of the Blood of Christ in 2 Corinthians 5:21; “For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” (2 Corinthians 5:21)
When you have intimacy and communion with God it is an amazing thing! Just to think that the creator of the heavens and the earth wants to be my friend is mind blowing. However, we can be very close to God as we allow the Blood to draw us to Him. This fascinating promise if outlines in Ephesians 2:13; “But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.” (Ephesians 2:13)
It is really amazing to think that the Lord actually had me in mind when He shed His Blood. Jesus shed His blood just for you! But Jesus was thinking of me, and He was also thinking of you (just as you are now). Communion is a powerful thing in the Kingdom of Heaven, and we have the right to practice it everyday to draw a little closer to the Lord. Just look at what Jesus said and the example He gave to us in Luke 22:20; “Likewise He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is shed for you.” (Luke 22:20)
The author of Hebrews touches on this amazing quality of the Blood of Jesus too! Look at Hebrews 10:22 “let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.”
Christ’s Blood Redeems forever
The Kingdom of Heaven is amazing, and we can never know (on this side of eternity) all of the diminutive dynamics and principles of Heaven and God’s ways. But the Lord is willing to teach us His secrets if we are just willing to ask! The Blood of Jesus is the most powerful substance on the earth and in the entire universe! Look at this amazing promise in 1 Peter 1:18-19; “Knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.”
The Blood of Jesus redeems us once and for all. Christs Blood saves you forever and ever. The Blood will never diminish in power or will it fail to redeem and save those who have a contrite and broken spirit and call upon the name of the Lord!
The Real Red Wave
Now that is what I call a “Real Red Wave”! The Blood if Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the real red wave. The Blood of Jesus is eternal. The Blood of Jesus is the most powerful substance on the earth. The Blood of Jesus has the power to transform your life! You just need to learn to apply the Blood of Jesus to your life today. Pleade the Blood!
The first step is to receive the Lords free gift of grace and become “born from above”. You need to pray to receive Jesus as the real Lord and Savior of your life right now! You can do it! It is easy to get washed and covered by the Blood of the Lamb.
Don’t Wait to the Last Minute
We (usually folks in the church) wait until the last minute to call on the blood or as we say; “Plead the blood of Jesus” over a situation. In my humble opinion, (I used to have a beautifully embossed plaque about my great humility hanging on the wall in my offices in Moravian Falls), but the humility police came and confiscated it. They said if I needed a plaque to promote my humility, I was not really humble. Go figure. Selah.
Anyway, in my not so humble opinion, we need to apply or plead the blood of Jesus over our lives each and every day. Not just when something bad is going on in our lives. The blood of Jesus Christ is the most powerful substance on the earth today. And, yes, the blood is still on the earth today. Call upon the Lord right now! God’s Word tells us that if we believe that Jesus is the Son of God, and that was crucified and buried in an unused grave. And if we believe in our heart or spirit that He shed or poured out His blood freely to make payment for our (your) sins, and that He rose from the grave and came back to life (was resurrected) after three days. If we confess our sin that Jesus is faithful and just to forgive our sins and bring us into His Kingdom and into His grace. If you believe those things just pray this prayer below. Pray to receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior now. It is simple. Just pray this prayer out loud.
Father God, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Savior. I believe that Jesus is the only begotten Son of God and that He died upon the Cross to make payment for my sins. I believe that Jesus was buried in an unused grave, but that after three days He rose again (came back to life or were resurrected) and conquered death and sin. Lord, because I was born a human being, I was born a sinner. Lord, I ask you to forgive my sins now, in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. God, cover my sins with the atoning Blood of Jesus and forgive me now. Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner. Right now, I confess my sins, and ask for Your forgiveness. Lord I am asking to be born from above. I believe that You shed your Blood to make payment for my sins. Lord, I believe in my spirit and in my heart that You are the Son of God and that You arose from the dead after three days. Lord forgive my sins now. Please come into my heart as my Lord and Savior. From now on, Lord, I will live my life for You alone I give You my life. Help me to walk in Your Kingdom and in the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank You, Lord, for saving me and for answering my prayer today! In Jesus’ name. Amen.
