The Giving Gift
This morning after a time of worship and taking communion at our home church, the Lord begin to give me a picture regarding the birth of Jesus. As I waited on the Lord as to what and why I was seeing this He then began to give me the following word.
"As my people begin to focus on the Christmas season I want to see them drawing closer to me now then they have all year. This time of seeking me will release a breakthrough that many are desperate for and have been anticipating as we head into Christmas and into 2018.
When I sent my son Jesus into this world, it was with a majestic proclamation of angels to those in the fields. What the world would consider a small gift by being born in a barn, I declared my Son's arrival with a big star so men who understood its significance would come and welcome him through worship. For He was not a small gift to mankind, He was the most precious gift I could give that would have the biggest impact on humanity and eternity. This was done because I love all people and because I love you. Every promise written in my word to you was fully completed by my Son's birth, death and resurrection.
During this Christmas season there are many facing situations and circumstances that are overwhelming and for some you really feel like you're walking alone. Some will even feel like they are or were abandoned, with no real hope for the future. Some will even feel like maybe they have been restricted to the stable because there's no room in the inn.
But I tell you that if you will be determined as the wise men, pursue what I (the Lord) have put in front of you to do and give your best gift, which is your worship, I will turn your problems upside down. I will turn your sadness into gladness and turn that emptiness into fullness. I will send the assigned angels to you for your help and you will see the Holy Spirit lead and guide you into my hand of rest, into your destiny and My promises becoming your yes and amen. I Am the gift that keeps on giving!
And when they saw the star, they rejoiced exceedingly with great joy. And they came into the house and saw the Child with Mary His mother;and they fell down and worshiped Him; and opening their treasures they presented to Him gifts of gold and frankincense and myrrh (Matt. 2:10-11, NASB)
O come and adore me and watch this season of your life be the season of the miraculous for you, your family, your job and your ministry."
Blessings and Merry Christmas!
